  • When will my order arrive?
    If we have the items in stock and you order before noon, most prepaid orders will ship the same day. We make every effort to ship by the next business day. If there will be a delay, we will contact you. For Standard Shipping, we use USPS Priority Mail, or First Class Mail (at our discretion). Delivery times are not guaranteed. All delivery time estimates are stated in "business days." Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Please note that these times are not guaranteed and may vary by several days. If you need to make absolutely certain a shipment will arrive by a certain date, please contact us to arrange FedEx or UPS shipping.   • How much are shipping charges?
    We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping charges are calculated during checkout. You will usually see a charge of $22.00 for the shipping. But not to worry. This is the cost to ship to the west coast. Your shipping will likely be much cheaper than this. Unfortunately it is not so easy to precalculate shipping costs. Setting up shipping for everywhere in the U.S. is complicated. Regardless of what the web site says, we will charge you our actual cost for shipping the item. We pay for the box, packing paper, tape and the trip to the post office. Someday I hope to figure out the intricacies of shipping in web stores. I know it can't happen soon enough for all of us. If you want to use a shipping service other than USPS Priority Mail, enter the service you would like to use in the comments section of the order page. Click the quote button. If we can ship via the method, you requested we will calculate the shipping charges and email you for approval. If your order is urgent, call or e-mail us and we will work with you to arrange the shipping.
  • How can I track my order?
    You will receive an email with a tracking number once the order is shipped.
  • What is the return policy?
    We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please call us at 812-361-4368 (9am - 5pm EST M-F) or email us at DanBeeker@PureUnobtainium.com to see if we can't resolve whatever issue you have with your purchase. Please do not return items without contacting us first. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you can return it to us in ORIGINAL condition within 30 days for a refund. "Original condition" means return the product along with the original packaging and any accessories, instructions, etc. We will reimburse your credit card for the original mount charged to you including the original shipping cost, if any. We do not pay for return shipping. Please ship your return to the address below, via traceable method. Be sure to include your invoice or packing list, plus a brief note.   • I am not in the United States. Can I still purchase items from your web site?
    Pure Unobtanium does not ship to locations outside the U.S. through their online store. If you are outside the United States and wish to purchase our products, please send us an e-mail and we will consider your request.
  • Do you accept purchase orders from outside the United States?
    We do not accept purchase orders from customers outside the United States. Contact us regarding your order and we will do our best to work with you.
  • I'm having trouble placing my order. What can I do?
    We work very hard to ensure that you have a good experience on our website. With the variety of different mobile devices, computers, operating systems, browsers, you name it, we still encounter an occasional ordering problem. If things just aren't working for you, please contact us by phone or e-mail. Our phone and e-mail address can be found at the bottom of this page.
  • Can I get a printed catalog?
    We do not maintain a printed catalog. If you need more information about our products, please do not hesitate to contact us.
  • Do you have a store in my area? Can I visit your store?
    We do not have walk-in stores. All of our sales are done through internet, mail in and phone sales.
  • What is your Privacy Policy?
    Pure Unobtanium collects information such as name, address, phone number, email address, and credit card number only for the purpose of processing an order or communicating with the customer about an order. We do not share this information to any other party unless needed to process your order. If you submit ideas, projects etc. for our share page we will post attribution information such as your name and organization.
  • I have a great idea for a new product, activity, lesson plan, etc, I would like to share it. How can I do that?"
    We are always looking for new ideas and activities, etc. Send them to us via e-mail or snail mail. We cannot guarantee we will post them, but we will certainly consider them. Microsoft Word, open office document, pdfs or any standard software form should be acceptable. Do include your contact information (e-mail and snail mail address and a head shot of yourself so people can see a face to connect with the information. All submissions must represent the original work of the sender, and upon publication, become the property of Pure Unobtanium, LLC. Submissions may be used by us for any purposes. Although we recommend users provide attributions they are not required. We are most likely to post submissions that relate to our products. We can edit and modify your submissions in any way we wish. Although we will try to notify you if we will use or will not use your submission we are not required to do so.
